Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and develop corresponding treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience working with trauma-focused treatments.

While 2 years of direct experience is the baseline, candidates with a proven track record in trauma-focused therapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be given preference.
