Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients looking to lower stress and enhance their emotional health.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the unique stressors and goals of each client, customizing mindfulness techniques to fit their individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops that focus on mindfulness principles, stress management strategies, and resilience-building practices, encouraging community and peer support.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing each client's specific mental health challenges while promoting growth and coping skills.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, comprehensive treatment plan that integrates mindfulness with other therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
