Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients’ substance use history and co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Develop personalized and culturally sensitive treatment plans that address addiction, mental health issues, and promote effective coping strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and share insights about patient progress.

• Educate clients’ families about the recovery process and involve them in therapy when appropriate to enhance support systems.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

You will primarily work with adults facing the dual challenges of substance abuse and related mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
