Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of meaningful tasks, including:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorders on clients' lives.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client's distinct needs and aspirations.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively manage and treat mood disorders.

• Offering clients and their families education about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower their healing journey.

• Monitoring client progress through regular check-ins and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies for mood disorders.
\n
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams.

• A proven history of achieving positive client outcomes in clinical settings.
\n
• Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to build rapport with a broad spectrum of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
