Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide dedicated weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Master’s programs in mental health counseling.

• Offer high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of your clients, continuously assessing their progress.

• Maintain precise, timely, and confidential client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research, techniques, and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC/MHSP) to practice as a mental health counselor.

• Current professional liability insurance, ensuring you meet the necessary professional standards.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing psychotherapy or counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Shelter Counseling Clinic values the contributions of our therapists, offering a competitive compensation range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
