Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and understand the needs of each patient, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, encouraging participants to share experiences and fostering a sense of community and belonging.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to offer holistic patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s mental health are being addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding timely and effectively to clients in urgent need of emotional support.

• Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain compliant and confidential documentation of patient records, following both legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Regularly participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a collective understanding and approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied patient population, including individuals facing mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to connect with and support them through their unique challenges will be essential to their treatment success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment and treatment planning.
\n
• Strong grounding in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate patient documentation.

• Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
