Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly consist of stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client is carefully pre-screened to ensure their suitability for remote counseling, allowing you to focus on personalized therapy without the complexities of managing severe mental health cases. Additionally, we thoughtfully match you with clients based on your specialties and demographic preferences, aiming to establish effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), ensuring you can practice independently without supervision.

• No provisional or limited licenses, and a clean disciplinary record are prerequisites for application.

• Strong capability to assess, evaluate, and recommend treatment plans with excellent critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for telehealth services to ensure seamless online interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, based on your hours worked and clinical experience.
