Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through telehealth platforms, including preliminary interviews and ongoing evaluations throughout the treatment.

• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique mental, emotional, and behavioral needs of clients, families, and groups.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that align with best practices in the field.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients receive optimal support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and develop comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Assist family members and caregivers by providing education and resources to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in psychotherapy and mental health treatments to maintain a high level of clinical insight.

• Manage client referrals as needed while maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all interactions in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population who present varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction disorders. You will engage with individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and life situations, offering a supportive and empathetic approach to foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Passing scores on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated clinical experience as a mental health counselor, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases and provide evidence-based care.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, with a focus on usability to enhance patient care and streamline documentation processes.

• A strong understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of mental health conditions, and an ability to integrate this knowledge into therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Citrus Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
