Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, which is crucial in today’s health landscape. Our telehealth model is designed to provide accessible care to patients, allowing you to consult with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a critical connection with colleagues. You will operate within a structured work week, primarily from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider patients' physical health conditions and their impacts on mental wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, which includes individuals with co-occurring medical ailments, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in addressing the complex interplay between mental and physical health will be instrumental in fostering positive outcomes and improving the lives of our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Strong experience in managing mental health needs of individuals with comorbid medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
