Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies or severe distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services primarily focus on individuals with complex needs stemming from co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. As a therapist at Richetec, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, addressing challenging issues such as substance use disorders, chronic pain management, and the psychological toll of autoimmune disorders. Your role will involve advocating for and empowering patients in their mental health journeys, encouraging active participation in their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical conditions and addressing their complex mental health needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and health care providers.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
