Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LCP, or LCSW.

• Proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience delivering integrated care and collaborating with medical professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
