This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of the Gotham team. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments to construct personalized treatment plans for each patient.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic therapy, ensuring these approaches respect the cultural backgrounds of the patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space where clients can explore their mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
