This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a work-life balance. Our office atmosphere emphasizes flexibility in scheduling, accommodating patient needs while maintaining a scheduled workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community and provide resources for those grappling with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
