Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and goals, leading to tailored treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, encouraging open communication and growth for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, including consultations with psychiatrists for medication management as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support strategies for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Tennessee.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Effective organizational skills to manage documentation and maintain compliance with ethical standards.
