Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other complex psychological needs. You will work with both adults and families, conducting therapy sessions individually or in groups, and adapting your methods to ensure culturally sensitive care tailored to their unique contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• An active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Virginia is essential to deliver therapeutic services.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy, specifically addressing complex client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
