Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at achieving positive client outcomes, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be assisting pre-screened, low-acuity clients who require support in managing their mental well-being. These clients may be dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, or stress, benefitting from a compassionate and evidence-informed counseling approach.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active license in clinical social work (LCSW), professional clinical counseling (LPCC), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or hold a doctoral degree in psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field. A master’s or doctoral degree is preferred for advanced competencies.

• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients through empathetic listening and communication skills.

• Strong client-centered approach, focused on empowering clients in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Exceptional skills in time management and organization to ensure efficient client scheduling and treatment updates.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience will be given preference. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency in therapy is beneficial to cater to our varied client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
