Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, with a solid understanding of a variety of evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, showcasing the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the treatment team and with clients and their families.
