Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, including the formulation of clinical diagnoses based on established professional standards.

• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapies, ensuring strategies align with the specific needs and goals of each client, whether in individual, couples, or family therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, offering stabilization and support through therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems as required.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, which includes psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and social factors impacting client wellness.

• Enhance community awareness by educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources, advocating for client needs when necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health therapy.

You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that treatment modalities are culturally sensitive and effectively address their unique experiences and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Holding an active license as a Mental Health Therapist such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to create evidence-based treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
