Work Environment\n

This full-time remote role allows flexibility in your work schedule, enabling you to balance personal and professional commitments. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some schedule adjustments to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather insights into patients' diverse backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on supporting a diverse patient population, requiring an understanding of cultural nuances in mental health treatment. You will engage with individuals from various backgrounds, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relevant to each unique demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, particularly those that incorporate cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy in culturally sensitive ways.

• Strong crisis management aptitude, remaining composed under pressure, ensuring safety for both the therapist and the client.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
