Our work culture emphasizes work-life balance, with designated hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will have access to all necessary digital tools and resources to facilitate your work, including a secure telehealth platform and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms including severity and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that encompass their unique goals, needs, and personal circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to individual client profiles.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques essential for recovery.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Work creatively with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
