Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide psychotherapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Engage in continuous evaluation of client progress, adjusting treatment methods and goals as necessary to promote beneficial outcomes.

• Document session notes accurately and timely in compliance with established guidelines, ensuring all data is confidential and secure.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and stakeholders, including educational institutions that fund sessions, to coordinate care plans that promote optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about the latest practices and enhancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent that allows you to provide unsupervised mental health services.

• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions by any licensing board.
\n
• Licensure to practice in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical therapy with a successful track record in delivering supportive, impactful treatment.

• Proficiency in administering intake assessments, diagnoses, and creating treatment plans.

• Exceptional written communication skills, allowing for precise documentation and client communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Renewed Perspectives, we offer an attractive compensation package ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, clinicians are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon hiring as well as bonuses for engaging with their first client. A health insurance stipend is also available, subject to eligibility criteria, ensuring you have support for your own health and wellness needs.
