Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs. Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to support their recovery and welfare.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Apply a variety of clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while accommodating the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Facilitate referrals and coordinate services as needed.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress or experiencing acute psychological emergencies. Utilize de-escalation techniques and empathy to navigate high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
