Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and various other professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Offer crucial crisis intervention support to clients facing acute distress, employing situational judgment and empathy to navigate these critical moments.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, promoting mental health awareness and education to dismantle stigma and foster a more informed community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients may present with a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral health issues. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique circumstances will be vital in improving their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
