Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when required, group or family therapy sessions, adapting interventions to suit the unique therapeutic needs of each client.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and creating actionable plans for recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance the holistic care provided to clients.

• Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and educate clients and their families on mental health resources and treatment options.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) in New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, successful new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
