Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that promote wellness.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work in conjunction with case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that clients receive holistic support throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients experiencing severe emotional distress, drawing upon your skills to stabilize the situation and create safety plans as needed.

Qualifications\n
