As a licensed mental health counselor at Ever Most Counseling Center, you will work remotely, with the option to occasionally connect in-person at our outpatient facility in Edison. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, employing various evaluation tools and techniques to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and medical professionals to ensure all aspects of a client's care are addressed, facilitating seamless communication and effective treatment paths.

• Provide immediate support during crises, utilizing your expertise to stabilize clients in distress while developing long-term safety plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
