Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, engaging in individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster healthy coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor and track client progress through documentation and feedback mechanisms, ensuring that intervention strategies are effectively tailored and adjusted as needed.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, demonstrating quick-thinking and effective judgment in high-pressure situations to support clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
