Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans for each client, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will primarily serve a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, substance use issues, and conditions related to developmental disabilities. Our approach is client-driven, allowing each individual to engage in the therapy process at their own pace while leveraging therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a requirement for this position.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
