Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all required documentation is completed for successful treatment tracking.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as advised by the clinical team to ensure effective assessment and intervention.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing overall patient care.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, guaranteeing compliance with state and federal requirements.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients, relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners as necessary for comprehensive care.

• Foster open and effective communication channels to meet contract standards and promote MHA’s mission in the broader community.

• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as private organizations to enhance our programming and secure potential new partnerships and funding sources.

• Take an active role in personal and professional growth by attending conferences, participating in continuing education, and representing the agency at statewide meetings.

• Integrate and embody the agency’s values, philosophy, and mission in all interactions.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the functioning of the center.
