Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gain insight into each client's unique situation.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific emotional and mental health goals, incorporating cultural considerations into the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various settings (individual, couple, family, and group therapy).

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress while maintaining communication with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, aligning with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measures and be proactive in adjusting treatment plans where necessary.

• Stay current with industry research and emerging best practices in mental health to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
