Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to accurately diagnose and identify patient needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their individual goals and cultural context.

• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, coordinating with other professionals to ensure that patients experiencing acute distress receive comprehensive care.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health management, empowering them with knowledge and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans through outcome assessments, adjusting strategies to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
