Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify and prioritize patient needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients that reflect their unique goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific therapeutic needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to deliver effective interventions in individual, couple, family, and group therapy formats.

• Provide crisis intervention services, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless support system for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Engage in psychoeducation with patients and their families, equipping them with essential strategies for managing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to coordinate holistic patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
