Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated client care across disciplines.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering support during trauma-related emergencies and ensuring the well-being of clients.

• Educate clients and their support systems about trauma responses and coping mechanisms to empower them in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
