As a remote employee, you will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms but will have the option to work from our outpatient office in Glendale as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform trauma-informed mental health assessments on new clients, carefully evaluating their histories and identifying appropriate therapeutic methods.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that specifically address issues of trauma recovery, integrating patient strengths to foster resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and private client records in line with ethical and legal guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as needed.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay abreast of latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to continuously enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse clients who have been adversely affected by trauma, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and associated disorders. Our clients often come from varied backgrounds, and understanding their unique experiences is paramount in tailoring effective treatments that honor their individual identities and narratives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant clinical setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver trauma-focused therapies with a commitment to best practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills characterized by empathy and effective communication tailored to client needs.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related digital tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 , commensurate with experience.
