This position operates within a fully remote telehealth setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ historical trauma experiences, ensuring accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment recommendations.

• Develop detailed individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and enhance resilience, employing evidence-based practices like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and promote holistic healing.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care to clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support and strategies during trauma-related emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals who are coping with the ramifications of trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds and may display a variety of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships. The focus will be on facilitating recovery through tailored therapeutic interventions and a strong emphasis on building resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist, or LMFT is required.

• Proficient knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
