Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care plan for every patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
