Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own location while still engaging in a collaborative team environment. Your work schedule will primarily involve weekdays, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate an individual's trauma history and formulate tailored treatment plans. This may include thorough interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Design and implement specific recovery strategies that focus on resilience-building and trauma processing, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and progress.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage open dialogue and a supportive atmosphere for processing traumatic experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in creating integrated treatment plans that address all aspects of a patient's mental health.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, responding swiftly to trauma-related emergencies while staying composed and supportive.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and a passion for employing trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
