Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Quail Run Health System, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patient histories and determine effective treatment approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience building, ensuring each plan is rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to offer integrated comprehensive care for our patients.

• Offering crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate support and action plans.

• Educating patients and their families regarding trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed care practices, and resilience-focused treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting compassion and a nonjudgmental stance during sessions.

• The ability to manage high-stress situations with composure.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and other relevant technology to enhance service delivery.

• A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require at least 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferences include:

Compensation and Benefits\n
