Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify personalized treatment pathways.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting resilience and recovery from trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate patient healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, offering a safe space for patients to process their experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and foster community support.

• Collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure timely and appropriate assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with individuals who have experienced trauma, focusing on those with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting preferred.
\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and non-judgmental style.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and essential computer applications.

• A collaborative attitude capable of working within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of licensure experience is required, candidates with experience in trauma therapy, particularly those trained in EMDR or TF-CBT, will be prioritized. Those who have actively contributed to multidisciplinary teams and have experience in crisis intervention are also favorable for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
