Work Environment\n

This remote role is fully supported by a collaborative telehealth infrastructure, allowing you to reach clients from the comfort of their homes. As a therapist in our organization, you will leverage technology and innovative tools such as electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate therapy sessions and manage client documentation. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to ascertain patients' histories and develop tailored treatment approaches aimed at enhancing their recovery.

• Craft and execute individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and building resilience, integrating various therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to patients in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that support clients in processing specific trauma experiences, developing effective coping mechanisms, and fostering a sense of empowerment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care for our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies while showcasing available resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning in trauma-informed care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to enhance your practice and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing mental health therapy, particularly focusing on trauma and recovery.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering trauma-focused interventions such as EMDR.

• Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating on patient care plans.

• Comfort and proficiency in using EHR systems for client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
