Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patient histories and determine appropriate treatment methods.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma and establish effective coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, integrated care tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance to those in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
