Our flexible scheduling, primarily during weekday business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, can accommodate patient needs, allowing for a personalized approach to therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, gathering pertinent histories and identifying individualized treatment strategies based on each patient's unique experiences.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring that each patient receives appropriate pathways to healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient breakthroughs.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, leading discussions that help clients process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster healing in a supportive group environment.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for our patients throughout their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
