Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, effectively guiding the selection of appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to promote trauma recovery and resilience, incorporating patient feedback and clinical best practices.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process trauma, develop essential coping strategies, and promote emotional regulation.
\n
• Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated patient care, attending case consultations and team meetings regularly.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a safe environment for all patients.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about the effects of trauma, empowering them with coping mechanisms and knowledge of available mental health resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in trauma therapy, actively integrating new practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma in various forms, including those diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety disorders, and related mental health issues. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, with a strong focus on fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic alliance to facilitate recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on trauma recovery.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders, treatment modalities, and resilience-building interventions.
\n
• Proficient communication skills and a compassionate demeanor essential for building trust with patients.
\n
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations, delivering care with empathy and professionalism.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Greenleaf Health Partners offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
