Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience-building initiatives, using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Deliver group therapy sessions to foster a supportive community for individuals facing similar challenges while helping them develop essential coping strategies and life skills.

• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive, patient-centered care approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that all patients receive timely and compassionate care.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, bridging the gap between awareness and action.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by various forms of trauma, guiding them through their healing processes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders, along with innovative trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills while demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

• A collaborative approach to teamwork, maintaining a calm, composed demeanor in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
