Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate each patient’s trauma history, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving trauma recovery, while also fostering resilience through targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective recovery practices.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a space for clients to process their experiences, develop coping skills, and engage with their healing processes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied mental health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, showcasing your ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
