Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and identify appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and the development of resilience skills.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), adapting techniques based on patient response.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, cultivate effective coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive treatment plan, contributing insights and expertise in trauma therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and supported during their most vulnerable moments.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and support resources available in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Fatima Behavioral Health Center, you will work primarily with adults suffering from various forms of trauma. Our patient population includes individuals with PTSD, complex trauma histories, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in trauma-informed care or similar settings is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on building rapport with patients through compassionate, non-judgmental interactions.

• Ability to manage high-stress situations with professionalism and calmness.
\n
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient in computer applications relevant to mental health practice.

• A knack for collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
