Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of clinical duties, such as:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to identify each patient’s trauma history and treatment needs.

• Collaborating in developing and implementing customized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience building, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective care.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma and acquire coping strategies.

• Engaging in active collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Responding to crisis interventions and providing support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
\n
• A foundational understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach toward clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications required for teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with additional background in trauma-focused therapies and interventions will be preferred.
