Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients’ histories and determine appropriate treatment approaches.

• Develop and apply tailored trauma recovery plans focused on promoting resilience and emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in one-on-one and group settings.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster support and healing through shared experiences among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other specialists to provide integrated and comprehensive care to our client population.

• Respond to crisis situations with timely intervention, ensuring immediate support and guidance during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development to enhance skills in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
