Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving a diverse client base that includes families, children, and individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will apply various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others, to meet the specific needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling).

• Possession of an active California state license, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient or private practice setting, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.

• A solid understanding of various therapy models and commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations, particularly within community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annually competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
