This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide vital support to clients from the comfort of your home while also accommodating in-person sessions at our outpatient office located in Uniondale, New York. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, focusing on their trauma history and recovery pathways.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique experiences and therapeutic goals, ensuring a recovery-oriented approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and resilience.

• Deliver impactful individual and group therapy sessions that help clients process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other specialists to ensure a seamlessly integrated care approach for patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, with additional opportunities for bonuses and annual pay increases.
